Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. You must return and pay for the return shipment yourself.

Please note: if we have made a mistake in your order, the return costs will be reimbursed by Tracpartz and you will receive a return label from us by e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, not to companies.

Products must always:

• be returned in its original condition
• be returned in original packaging

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return - provided that the product has been returned in good order.

The following items cannot be returned:

• a. Sealed Products. (if the seal is broken, the products may not be returned)
• b. Any electronic or electrical parts;
• c. Products containing traces of use (due to assembly or trying)
• d. Which by their nature cannot be returned;
• e. Used (second hand) parts;
• f. Items specially ordered/purchased for you;
